3-Day retreat for 100+ student changemakers from over 15 different colleges in the southeast.
In 3 days, we as Ignite facilitators help student participants gain clarity, confidence and community to spark positive change.
The retreat has three main tracks: Problem, Project, and Personal, with each consisting of two workshops. Retreat attendees are invited to bounce between any of the workshops that they feel are most relevant to them.
I was asked to lead workshops within the Personal track, where I helped students uncover their calling, clarify their passions, build self-confidence, and explore what it meant for them to call themselves, "social entrepreneurs".

Specifically, the two workshops I led included:
- Head, Heart, and Hustle – where we challenge the students to discover creative ways to combine their skills and cares into their unique calling.
- Farewell Fear – where we support the students to go within themselves and identify what might be preventing them from pursuing a career and life they'll love.
